LoneStar 3D Expo – Zero Tolerance Harassment Policy
At LoneStar 3D Expo, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, and staff. Harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. Types of harrassments include, but not limited to:
- Verbal abuse, intimidation, or threats.
- Discriminatory or offensive comments based on race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, religion, or technology choices.
- Inappropriate physical contact.
- Unwanted sexual attention.
- Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following.
- Sustained disruption of talks, booths, or other event activities.
This policy applies to all event spaces, including but not limited to the exhibition halls, networking areas, workshops, social events, and online interactions related to the event.
Consequences
Anyone asked to stop any harassing behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a participant engages in harassing behavior, event organizers reserve the right to take any actions necessary to maintain a welcoming environment for all participants. This includes:
- Warning the offender
- Expulsion from the event without a refund
- Banning the offender from future events
Reporting
If you experience or witness any forms of harassment, please contact event staff immediately. Staff can be identified by their event badges and LoneStar 3D Expo staff shirts.
All reports will be handled with discretion. We are prepared to assist participants in contacting venue security, law enforcement, or otherwise help those experiencing harassment feel safe.
